Description - Description: The City of Genk has obtained a final permit for the installation of two wind turbines and accessories on urban plots near the Genk-Zuid industrial area. Wind turbine G-14 is located on a vacant plot on Troisdorflaan in Genk. Wind turbin e G-15 is located at Geleenlaan 31 in Genk, south of the Act & Sorb company.The plots on which the foundations of the two wind turbines will be built are owned by the City of Genk. The city of Genk is negotiating the necessary agreement with the neighboring plot owner VZW de Winning regarding blade turning for turbine G-14.
