Description - Description: The Flemish Tropical Forest Fund (VFTB) supports small-scale, NGO-driven and locally anchored projects in tropical areas based on three main priorities: 1° promoting sustainable forest management; 2° management of reserves and protecte d areas; 3° afforestation, reforestation and restoration of degraded areas. The fund is part of international agreements in the field of biodiversity and possibly also in the field of climate (more specifically as a contribution to support developing countries in their fight against climate change).
