Description - Description: Name of the project: Bavarian Center for Alpines Security, 2nd construction phase The Bergwacht Foundation, as a non -profit Foundation Civil law, is the owner of the property Fl.Nr. 173 of the Gaißach district. It owns, operates and ma intains the Bergwachtzentrum for Security and Education (BW-ZSA), together with the Bavarian (BWB) mountain rescue service,, which is a simulation and training hall from 2007, which was expanded into the Bavarian helicopter simulation center in 2012-2016. The BW-ZSA is to be further developed into a "Bavarian Center for Alpine Security" in order to maintain the performance of the volunteer mountain rescue in Bavaria and to strengthen cooperation
