Description - The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide security and mediation services during the opening hours of the Olivier Leonhardt media library in Sainte Geneviève des Bois, in the territory of Cœur Essonne Agglomération. The contract can al so be used for other community facilities if necessary. It is intended to be applied in equipment undergoing or having suffered incivility or in a context of strong social tensions (such as the riots at the end of June 2023).
