Description - NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Texas A&M University (TAMU) of College Station, TX, to purchase Security Guard Support Services for the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library.  The period of performance is June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, with four (4) option years.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements", 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1).  The George H.W.
