Description - Description: This SOC will be responsible for the supervision, collection, detection, analysis and notification of security incidents affecting part of the information system of the entire Rouen Territorial Directorate.This is a framework agreement e xecuted on the one hand, by a global and fixed price and on the other hand, by the issuance of purchase orders by application of the quantities actually executed of the unit prices set in the Price Schedule.It is concluded without minimum and with maximum, defined in fixed and unit value for each annual period.
