Description - Description: The Cantonal Social Service (KSD) in the Department of Health and Social Affairs is responsible for the accommodation and care of refugees. To this end, the KSD operates numerous cantonal asylum accommodations and looks after their resid ents. The KSD's tasks also include ensuring proper operation and ensuring the safety of residents, employees and the neighborhood. To fulfill this task, the KSD has been obtaining security services from external partners since 2009, which are submitted.
