Tender Notice for Selection of an Operator Agency(ies) For Adventure Water
Sports Activities At Chandil, Massanjore, Getalsud, Tenughat, Telaiya and
Maithon,Jharkhand.
The Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited (JTDCL), Government
of Jharkhand (GoJ) undertaking intends to invite Request for Proposal (RFP) for
Selection of an Operator Agency (ies) For Adventure Water Sports Activities At Chandil,
Massanjore, Getalsud, Tenughat, Telaiya and Maithon, Jharkhand.

The Application Due date is on 11/08/2023 at 12:00 hours.
All subsequent notifications, changes and amendments will be posted only on the
above website.

Notice Inviting Request for Proposal (RFP)
Single stage two envelops unconditional sealed bids are invited on behalf of Directorate of
Tourism by Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited for Selection Of an
Operator Agency For Adventure Water Sports Activities at Chandil, Massanjore,
Getalsud, Tenughat, Telaiya and Maithon, Jharkhand for a period of 5 year extendable
by another 2 years on Royalty Basis.
The bidder, who meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in RFP and evaluated as the most
preferred bidder as per the RFP document shall be considered for award of contract.

2. Each bid must be accompanied by EMD of Rs 75,000/- in form of DD in favour of
“Managing Director, Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Limited”,
and payable at Ranchi, separately for each proposal.
3. In case of the any bidder fails to physically submit the DD for tender fee and processing
fee, the bid of the respective bidder shall not be accepted.
4. The Bidders shall have to submit a valid ‘GST’ clearance certificate from the
concerned Commercial Taxes Officer and the ‘PAN’ issued by Income Tax
Department along with their technical proposal.
5. JTDCL reserves the right to accept any bid, or reject any or all bids, without
assigning any reason there of and without incurring any liability, whatsoever in
favour of the Bidder (s).
The interested bidder may submit their proposals separately for six water bodies
offline along with a Non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs 5900/- (Rupees Five
Thousand Nine Hundred Only) drawn in favour of “Managing Director, Jharkhand

BIDDING PROCEDURE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDER
All bids submitted as a response to these RFP shall be submitted offline at the office of
Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation Pvt Ltd, 5, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Main
Road, Ranchi-834001.
The Bidders are invited to submit a Technical Proposal and separate Financial Proposals for
six water bodies specified in the tender document. The Proposal shall be the basis for
contract negotiations and ultimately for a signed Contract with the selected Bidder.
The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its Proposal and contract negotiation. The Client is not bound to accept any Proposal, and reserves the right to
annul the selection process at any time prior to award of Contract without thereby incurring
any liability to the Bidder.

Bidders are advised to visit our website regularly for any clarifications and/or due date
extension or addendum/corrigendum.
JTDCL shall not be liable for any bidder being unable to access the website or any
difficulty in operating/ navigating through the same.
1. Eligibility criteria
A) Technical Eligibility Criteria:
1. A Bidder must be a Registered Company/ Proprietor firm with at least 5 year experience in
relevant field undertaking the above activities. The necessary proof to be submitted.
2. Bidder should not be blacklisted by any State/Union Government or its agency. Bidders shall
submit a Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs 100/- stating that they are not black listed in any
State/Union Government or its agency along with their technical bids.
3. Bidder should have a valid GST registration number.
4. Interested Organization must be a registered organization and should have a valid PAN number.
5. Bidder should have Valid Registration in EPF act 1952, ESIC act 1942, shall submit the
registration Letter within 15 days of issuance of LOA.
