The Goods and Service Tax (GST) System was developed to redesign and modernize the way indirect taxes are filed and processed in India. The system was initiated with a vision to provide a single online digital platform that would simplify the process of GST compliance for taxpayers and streamline the tasks of tax officers. The contract period of the current Managed Service Provider (MSP) for GST system is nearing its completion. Hence, GSTN invites competitive bid from reputed and experienced companies to finalize an MSP for operating the GST System through the next contract term of 8 years starting 1st October 2024 2. Procurement of RFP: The RFP documents on all working days can be procured from the office of Sr. Vice-President – Procurement and Contract, GSTN on fulfilment of the following conditions: a. Submission of a Letter of Authorization for Authorized Representative (on company letterhead) by the Authorized Signatory in the format provided in Annexure I of this Notice Inviting Tender, for procurement of the RFP. The letter of Authorization is to be supported with the Power of Attorney/ Board Resolution of the Authorized Signatory b. Submission of a duly executed Confidentiality Undertaking in the format provided in Annexure II of this Notice Inviting Tender c. Submission of a duly executed Pre-Contract Integrity Pact in the format provided in Annexure III of this Notice Inviting Tender d. RFP Document fee of Rupees Fifty Thousand (INR 50,000/-) inclusive of GST in the form of a Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque in the name of Goods and Services Tax Network |
