Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract for the operation of water pipes and sewers for public use owned by the city of Kuřim (hereinafter referred to as "concession contracts" or "operating contracts"), i.e. operati ng contract in the sense of § 8 par. 2 of Act no. 274/2001 Coll., on water supply and sewerage for public use and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Water Supply and Sewerage), as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZoVaK") with the right to select water and sewage belonging to the concessionaire in the sense of § 8 par. 13 and 14 ZoVaK, the subject of which will be the lease of water pipes and sewers owned by the city to Kuř concession
