Description - Description: The Centre for Health Technology Evaluation (CHTE) Directorate develops guidance on the use of new and existing medicines, treatments and surgical procedures within the NHS. The Directorate is currently split into 2 main teams, the Medic ines and Health Tech teams, which are each overseen by an Executive Director reporting into NICE's CEO, and a small Senior Leadership Team (SLT).Both the Medicines and Health Tech SLTs are currently seeking to develop and establish new ways of improving the performance and culture of their respective teams.
