Description - As a senior permit advisor, you fulfill the role of case manager/tester. This means that you are the customer's point of contact for permit applications, you test and assess them both technically and legally, you supervise the process and advise the applicant on the procedure and process for granting permits. Activities associated with this position include testing against relevant legislation and regulations such as zoning plans, building regulations, welfare and advising citizens and companies on their initiatives.
