Description - Description: This procurement proposal specifically addresses the S3 NG-T Microwave Radiometer (MWR) Phase B2/C/D implementation within the overall S3 NG-T space segment procurement context. In this respect it is recalled that for the S3 NG-T space s egment Phase B2/C/D implementation, an instrument first procurement approach is envisaged. In particular, the instruments Contractor(s) will be pre-selected and will then be identified as mandatory subcontractors in the subsequent Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the space segment Prime Contractor.
