Description - Description: The districts of Höxter, Lippe and Paderborn (clients) are responsible for the rescue service for their districts in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 of the NRW Rescue Act (RettG NRW). They maintain uniform control centers for fire protection, civil protection and rescue services (Section 4 Paragraph 4 BHKG) as well as a number of rescue stations in accordance with the currently valid rescue service requirements plan.The aforementioned clients are jointly tendering for the delivery of service and protective clothing for the rescue service as a framework agreement for civil protection.These are three individual contracts that are awarded to a single provider, but separately
