Lot 1 - blended learning: language courses physically present and/or remotely with access to an e-learning platform. The courses are organised in individual sessions or in groups . A SPOC coordinates the organisation of the courses. Lot 2 - full digital: individual language courses that are followed entirely online and managed via a platform by the student himself. The courses are purchased as an online service with a credit line financed by bpost.
