The catering offer should contribute to increasing the number of visitors and increasing customer satisfaction. Menu choices should be bas ed on customer needs and demand. The concept should be flexible and attractive in relation to activities and events. The café offer should also be in line with the objectives in Bodø Spektrum's strategic plan (see Appendix 3).
