Description - Description: CentraleSupélec has decided to launch a procurement procedure with a view to granting a service concession for the operation of a catering service on the CentraleSupélec site. The purpose of this consultation is to entrust the future c oncessionaire with the operation of the catering service which will include the mission of daily opening of the restaurant and the proposal of several catering offers, combining an "alternative" offer with an opening towards more varied than just the student public, a fast food offering with a cafeteria and an event catering offering (reception rooms). The contract will take the form of a service concession within the meaning of article L. 1121-1
