Description - The City intends to entrust the Concessionaire, under this concession contract, with the provision, installation, upkeep, maintenance and operation of advertising and non-advertising street furniture elements. The concession contract involves the dep loyment of several types of furniture, as referenced in the draft contract, as well as certain so-called associated services. This contract is concluded for a period of twelve (12) years from its notification. This service concession contract constitutes authorization to occupy the City's public domain. In return for occupying the public domain, the Concessionaire will pay a fixed fee each year to the Granting Authority.
