Description - Description: The service contract is to provide ongoing support for Mideo CaseWorks system performance. This shall include system upgrades, access to a support team for user questions or workflow needs, and software defects or malfunctions. The contr act shall cover needed repairs and upkeep to include product updates, parts, labor, associated travel, planned maintenance, and unlimited phone and internet-based remote support.
