The subject of the order is a traction service consisting of servicing the Ordering Party's trains with traction teams, composed in accordance with par. 4 of the contractor's vehicles, driven by steam traction and diesel traction on t he principles specified in the Model Agreement - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, in the scope referred to in par. 3 (hereinafter "Subject of the Order").
