Description - Description: Purpose of the contract: The purpose of this contract is the provision of distribution in Levallois mailboxes (individuals, traders and businesses) of various documents such as the municipal magazine INFO LEVALLOIS, brochures, leaflets, leaflets and letters. The contract, described as a service contract, is launched in application of the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code (hereinafter the Code). It constitutes a framework agreement with purchase orders subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. This contract will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of 4 years,
