Description - Description: This consultation aims to award a mono-attribute framework agreement intended for the maintenance, troubleshooting and total guarantee of the water overpressure, water lifting and smoke extraction facilities on the heritage of Grandlyon Habitat. The aforementioned services are subject to a single lot. This contract constitutes a mono-attribute framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement fixes contractual stipulations in a firm manner and will be executed as needed by the emission of orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement.
