The caterer is active at 6 of these locations, 2 locations are vocational training courses. The activities in scope for the locations involved are:• Pre ventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment as stated in the Price form Maintenance (see appendix X);• Corrective maintenance of all kitchen equipment within the scope;• Replacing kitchen equipment as a result of defect.
