The caterer is active at 6 of these locations, 2 locations are vocational training courses. The activities in scope for the locations involved are: • Pr eventive maintenance of all kitchen equipment as stated in the Price entry list Maintenance (see appendix X); • Corrective maintenance of all kitchen equipment within the scope; • Replacing kitchen equipment as a result of defect.
