Description - Description: The object of the market is the provision of services relating to the three -year assessment of TIC clusters - Twist - Equisfair - Tweed conducted in application of the decree of January 18, 2007 relating to the support and development o f business or clusters networks and the 'Order of the Walloon Government of May 16, 2007 applying the decree.
