Description - Description: RTE, the French electricity transmission system operator, is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of the connection of offshore wind farms to the French public power transmission system. In this context, RTE inte nds to carry out Geophysical surveys for its future Offshore Substations and Submarine Cables (excluding Landfall).
