Description - Description: Services for operational operations including health care, catering, security and gate service as well as maintenance cleaning in the initial reception center for asylum seekers of the government of Middle Franconia at the Erlangen site (EAU Erlangen).The intended property will be converted for the purpose of the EAU Erlangen in several construction phases. Completion of the first partial construction phase is planned for July 2025 at the earliest. In this first phase, operations can begin on approx. 5,000 square meters with approx. 300 beds.The second construction phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
