Description - Description: The contracting authority intends to purchase services for collecting, transporting and eliminating hospital waste from the medical activity, according to the quantities and specifications in the specifications. The procurement procedure is completed by concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator ranked first. Note: i) in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and 161 of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline for which any interested economic operator has the right to request additional clarifications or information regarding the award documentation is maximum 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. ii) in accordance with the provisions of art. 161
