Description - Description: The Military Applications Directorate of the Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies Commission (CEA DAM) outsources Operational Condition Maintenance (MCO) services and various works on its facilities. This outsourcing requires the coord ination of the operating activities of the CEA DAM centers as well as the creation and maintenance of plans and heritage data for the DAM facilities.
