Description - Description: The National Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture (ANPA) is the public institution of national interest designated to realize and implement the National Program for the Collection of Threads (P.N.C.D.). The Union shall participate in eff orts to conserve fisheries resources, in particular in accordance with provisions adopted in fisheries partnership agreements or by regional fisheries management organisations.
