Description - Description: The purpose of the services is diagnosis, restoration of working order and routine maintenance in the workshop. In accordance with articles R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code, the contract is awarded by o pen call for tenders. In accordance with article R. 2162-2 of the public procurement code, the single-award framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162 -14 of the same code. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to negotiate with the holder of new services aimed at providing similar services under the conditions of article R.2122-7 of the Public Procurement
