Description - Description: The award procedure used is the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation concerns a framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum amount of 70,000 euros excluding tax/year is awarded in application of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
