Description - Description: Renfrewshire Council will be tendering for a Fire Alarm Upgrades Contractor to carry out the upgrade of the fire alarm systems within 450 Sheltered Housing properties, across 14 Complexes. This will be a sole Contractor appointment that will be required to remove and replace the existing fire alarm system and replace with new digital versions.It is the Councils intention to issue a Contract Notice via Public Contracts Scotland week commencing 6th January 2025.Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint a single contractor to carry out the removal of all existing Sheltered Housing Fire Alarms systems within all of the Council's Sheltered Housing Complexes and replace with
