Description - Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this Sources Sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support the procurement of all materials, and complete repairs and upgrades to the existing Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) shiplift system located at the King Abdulaziz Naval Base (KANB).
