The general contractor contract was concluded with the best -ranked bidder. Since then, the bankruptcy proceedings have been opened on the assets of the contractor of the general contractor contract, as a result the contract was terminated. Due to the unpredictability of the construction of the construction and the urgency of the schedule, the AG has decided to award the services for the continuation of the partial new building
