Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the Royal Roads University (“Royal Roads”) to manufacture and install signage and wayfinding at th e Colwood campusThe scope of work and responsibilities are also defined in section 1.3.
