Description - Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract (Appendix A) with the Royal Roads University (“Royal Roads”) to manufacture and install signage and wayfinding at th e Colwood campus.The scope of work and responsibilities are also defined in section 1.3. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence November 1, 2024.NOTE TO PROPONENTS:Royal Roads reserves the sole and absolute right to extend the resulting Contract to include the manufacture and installation of signage and wayfinding on the campus and trail systems as part of a previously planned multi-phase signage project.notice_title: Signage Upgrade P
