Description - Description: The Town of Windsor, Vermont invites separate sealed bids for site improvements located on their property, known as “Windsor Railyards” located north and south of Depot Avenue east of the railroad, in Windsor, Vermont. The purpose of this project is the installation of a six-inch (6”) soil cap over the former Windsor Railyards (+/- 2.8 acres) located west of the railroad on Depot Avenue, in accordance with the Windsor Railyards (SMS#20134397) Corrective Action Plan.
