Description - Description: Pursuant to Chapter 103D, Subchapter 4.5, HRS, and as allowed by HAR §3-122-16.31, the Department of Health, Office of Primary Care and Rural Health, requests interest for participating in the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program (S HIP). The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to select provider(s) for the federal grant.
