Description - Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide their best quotes to carry out the SMRC (TfNSW) RMCC Heavy Patch program 2023/2024The contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, traffic controls, operators, gravel, stabilant and pr imer seal.Heavy patches are to be compacted to the TfNSW specifications, graded to existing surface levels and primer sealed to match existing road width.• The heavy patch locations and approximate area for each location are as follows:-1.
