Description - Description: This Cape Breton Regional Municipality (CBRM) Tender provides for the delivery of both Grass Cutting and Snow Removal Services for the Central Police Building located at 865 Grand Lake Road, Sydney NS. GRASS CUTTING REQUIREMENTS: • All grass areas shall not exceed 3” during duration of agreement. • Grass shall be trimmed at the base of all trees and shrubs, along the sides of all buildings, along edges of parking lots, walkways, and planters. SNOW REMOVAL RQUIREMENTS: • The building is a 24/7 operation and snow shall be removed so as to allow for vehicle access and exiting at all times during a snow event.
