Description - Description: The objective of this contract is the integration process, and to enable young people and/or adults far from employment to set up a dynamic of social and professional integration through the collection of new REP flows at recycling cente rs as well as the massification and sorting for reuse/repair of the collected flows. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. Candidates may submit offers for one or all of the lots.
