Description - Description: The social assistance service with accommodation is necessary according to Law no. 292/2011 social assistance. According to art. 58, of the mentioned law, the authorities of the local public administration have the responsibility of sett ing up, organizing and administering social services for homeless persons. Contracting the night shelter services for the mentioned period is necessary to ensure the continuity of social services.
