The addiction counseling services are divided into four regional lots, each of which includes the establishment and operation of an addiction counse ling center in the region with tasks for alcohol, drug and non-substance-related addiction counseling. The addiction counseling center maintains and promotes an outpatient counseling and rehabilitation service (services according to SGB II, SGB V, SGB VI, SGB IX, SGB XII, § 5 GDG SH and §§ 4 ff PsychHG SH), which offers support to addicts, those at risk of addiction and their relatives.The contract term is 5 years, starting on January 1, 2026,
