Description - Description: The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) is intending to start site characterizing within new areas 6 and 7 for the preparation of offshore wind development. RVO intends to issue an invitation to tender in accordance with the European ope n procedure around February 2025. The objective of the tender is to contract expert support on soil investigations (Lot 1), and expert support on ecological investigations (Lot 2).Lot 1 includes expert support on Geological desk studies, Geophysical investigations, Geotechnical investigations, Morphodynamical investigations and the resulting Ground Model. Lot 2 works for the ecological investigations include but are not limited to benthic surveys
