Description - The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC") intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for conference space and audio-visual support for a conference on April 10 through April 12 at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center, 6100 College Boulevard, Overland Park, KS.  The Government intends to procure this requirement under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) -- the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available This conference is being coordinated with Kansas State University, and Kansas State University has selected the Overland Park Marriott as the loc
