Description - Description: This Request for Proposals is for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the construction of the $5,335,000 Cabarrus County funded South Campus Geothermal HVAC Upgrade Project. This project is envisioned to include: Construction of a new geothermal system serving three (3) campus buildings which will replace all (or a portion of) the existing chillers and cooling towers.) Replacement of the Air Handling Unit in Building S201 Replacement of the Air Handling Unit in Building S202 Upgrade componentry of the HVAC System in Building S201.
