Description - Description: The South Windsor High School Library roof replacement project encompasses an area of approximately 6,635 sq. ft. The roof will have the existing modified roof membrane, insulation and flashings removed down to the existing flat metal or concrete roof deck. A new 2 ply modified roof system installed on a ½” cover board on ¼” per ft. tapered polyisocyanurate insulation system. Additionally, the existing 27’ x 27’ square pyramidal skylight will be replaced with new.
