Description - Description: The purpose of the Contract is the award of a multi-awardee framework agreement, within the meaning of Articles 2, 35° and 43 § 4 of the Law, relating to architectural services (within the meaning of these special specifications). In o rder to carry out the missions to which it is committed with regard to its Cooperators, the Contracting Authority wishes to have a pool of economic operators capable of assisting and supporting it in all phases of the implementation of the projects carried out by the “Real Estate” sector for the benefit of the Cooperators.
