Description - Description: Oxford City Council are currently in contract with the company Fortem Ltd to deliver a JCT Design and Build contract to refurbish five tower blocks in Oxford and secure full sign off from Building Control.In the process of delivering thi s work the contractor encountered issues in relation to cladding and building construction. These issues need to be addressed through a rectification process.
